I bought it from d'Pelican for 300 THB a can. They get it from a place between Bangkok and Korat for about 180THB a can. It is from Viking snus co ltd. Their phone number printed on the can is 085-0235439. Their website is www.vikingsnus.nu. I have not tried to order directly from the factory yet, but I am going to. The snsus is called Pioneer Snuff and made by swedish expats in the country, but with Lao tobacco.
