What exactly makes the soi dogs evil, in your opinion? To describe their presence at the pier (or anywhere else) as "infesting", makes it sound as though these dogs have chosen to live in the streets, suffer constant hunger, disease and abuse. How about a little compassion?!

I wouldn't call them evil, for I think they're not evil but have not other choice than fighting their way through life (or however you want to call their situation) I always feel sorry for the soi dogs but you really should be careful. They form those packs and I know from 2 cases where some of those soi dogs attacked a little kid which came too close to them... I'm just saying you should keep your eyes open...
